Hello, I've pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in August, on G2A, and the key has just arrived in my emails right now. My concern is, since I can't run my PC until 8th-18th September, will it be safe to just keep the email in a folder and ignore it until I can redeem the code? If I don't redeem it asap, is there a chance it might accidentally get reused for someone else's order or anything of a risk such as that?

My concern is of in case something happened at G2A and they mix up the codes or the orders and end up using the same code twice with two people, and since there is no way to redeem it ASAP, I've got to wait. When I first preordered it, I didn't expect to be redoing my PC. Will it be safe until around the 18th September?

Thanks

It should be safe unless G2A decides to sell it again, if they do you contact them and ask for a new one.
If it's a steamcode you can activate it on any PC with steam installed that you're logged into.
I've been told that the only way to activate a key is through the Steam client PC program, and by no other means other than the client, but I'll take a look. Thanks
