hi sorry if im in the wrong place admin please move me if need be im looking at building a PC. its needs to be able to stream videos off the net without lagging and also will be hooked up to 2 tvs (via HDMI ports) in addition to the monitor to show presentations to the audience. windows 10 and an ssd. those are my requirements what do you guys recommend

Throw in a GPU he needs it to run 3 Displays at a time.

This is comparatively small and easy to handle.
 


It can support 3x 1080p no problem but there will be no sound output for 2 monitors instead if OP goes for GPU he will have Sound output as well(at least 2 will get audio support if the DVI on GT710 does not support audio output). Connect one TV to HDMI on Motherboard and second TV to HDMI on GPU. Add the monitor to DVI on GPU.

If he is using this for Video streaming he probably will be needing Audio on that 2 TVs.
 
Fair point, over budget though. 🙁
If you're okay with a GPU, this would be a better option.
