Question Prey and Absolute Software Tracking Software

Hi I have a quick question - I want Prey for it's webcam picture taking capability and Absolute Software for its persistance across OS reinstalls, for the best of both worlds when it comes to laptop tracking software. Does anybody foresee any complications in having the two softwares coexisting on the same computer? Thanks!
