Hard up for money I'm trying to part ways with my old desktop any idea what this would all be worth currently?

You would get more from it if you parted it out.

~$800 parted out (before selling fees/shipping costs)
.. or however much less you'd take for it altogether. Knock off at least $100 or more.

I have no clue what resolution/refresh rate those monitors are, so I'm guessing 1080p 60Hz.

Yeah $600 would be a good price if you are looking to sell quickly.
