Price Check: Rip off

What would a rip off in avg. shape as far as the cabinet.It is working 100%
and has been in storage for over 10 years.A guy I know wants to sell it to
me but we do not know what it is worth.I want to be fair to both of us.

what kind of storage (damp, mice ridden?) thats whats usually happens
when they are put into sheds, barns, cold garages. and if they are put
away into storage, its usually bcuz they dont work in the first place.

how clean is it (water damage, drilled holes, wood chunks)
is the xy monitor fully functional?
its hard to beleive if it has been "stored" for 10 years that it can be
pulled out of storage and work 100%. those big caps on the power supply
are sure to have dried up by now.
you need to find out several aspects then a fair price can be figured
out.

be carefull.
