24GB of memory in what configuration? 6x4GB or 12x2GB? The latter may save some money buying 4GB kits (2x2GB).

we need 24gb (4 x 6) for a server with AMD 8 core OPETRON processor, and 2tb hdd, if possible tell me the expected price of each.

For rule you CAN'T use "normal" RAM, you need EEC RAM. What mobo do you have for the server?

Assuming server memory DDR3-1333, ECC and unbuffered... Three of the ones in the filtered link below should work (prices range). Ideally you should consult your motherboard manual for compatibility...

READ!!!, that RAM is and excellent RAM, but NOT for a server.

@OP: Assuming that you mobo only one CPU socket and four RAM slots, we need find the option to install the 24GB to run in dual channel in those four RAM slots. So, I need know the mobo that you have.
