Hi guys.
Here are my specs:
CPU:i7-4790k 4,0ghz
GPU:Gigabyte gtx 760 windforce 3x of edition 2gb 256 bit
RAM:hyper x red 1x8gb DDR 3 1600 mhz
PSU:ANTEC 650w 92%
HDD:500gb Caviar Blue
MOBO:gigabyte z97x-gaming 5

Here is my problem :
After 1 minute in prime 95 blend test my PC freezes completely ,can't move the mouse ,the restart button doesn't WORK,it needs to turn off by the power button and then start again.
I experience this even in games after 15-30 minutes of playing.
If I go in bios and lower my RAM frequency to 800mhz it will still freeze but in 5 minutes in prime 95 and 1-2 hours in games.
What I've tried:
-replacing RAM
-replacing HDD
-replacing thermal paste on the CPU and GPU
-replacing video card
Please help me guys.
At this moment I ask you guys ,I've searched a lot and moved between the CPU and mobo, but it could be the CPU heatsink?

ok guys,so today i got one freeze at 54 C degrees and one at 57C degrees. So i suspect is something wrong with my mobo. What do you think it is?all the mobo or the bios considering that all of these started after a bios update

It could be the motherboard or the CPU, but I have a hard time believing BIOS F7 causes the issue because everyone who upgraded and uses the same CPU would run into it. Personally I would consider an RMA for the CPU (easier than the motherboard), but it really is up to you. Honestly I never ran into an issue where the BIOS caused a system freeze when the CPU gets warmer.

Man,I got one freeze at 54 degrees and one at 57 degrees which is a very low temp for gaming.I remember that few months ago I was getting freezes even when just staying on chrome or watching videos on YouTube which is not stressing very much my CPU,just like 43-45 degrees

I'd pretty much always lay 4-1 on the MB over the actual CPU every being at fault....maybe even higher odds, frankly.,...(barring anyone dorking up sockets with dropped screwdrivers, sideways/upsaide down attempted CPU isntall, bent pins, spilling thermal material into socket, breaking off capacitors while delidding, etc..)
