System Specs:
MOBO: PRIME B650-PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RAM: G.Skill 32GB(2x16) Trident Z5 RGB 6000mhz CL30 DDR5 Ram (F5-6000J3040F16GX2-TZ5RK)
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Current BIOS: version 3067

Hi, today I updated my BIOS to version 3067(14.15 MB 2024/12/18) from which version I sadly cant remember. After a successful update and reset my PC wouldnt post.
  • First I tried resetting CMOS via CMOS jumper and battery both but it didn't work.
  • Then I tried flashing 1 version older BIOS(3057) and that didn't work either. At this point I wanted to flash the one that worked without a problem but sadly I cant remember which version was it.
  • After a stressful hour of researching I tried unplugging everything and reseating everything then I realized one of the RAM sticks was not working.
I tried every possible combination of slots and sticks but I couldn't get it working. PC boots fine with 1 stick on every slot but it wont boot with other stick alone/together. I thought RAM died after BIOS update but wanted to give it a 1 more chance at my brothers PC and shockingly it worked fine! So both sticks were okay but for some reason one of them simply wont work on my mobo.

I'm open to any suggestion. Is there a way to find the BIOS version that worked fine before update? Any way to fix the ram thats not working on my mobo? Anyone using the same mobo&ram combination can help me out with a working BIOS version?

Thanks for all the help!
