Printer only printing in yellow and black

hi all , i just plugged in my dj 450 mobil printer in for the first time in awhile and its only printing in yellow and black,is this fixable? there brand new ink cart straight out of the box and the colors are bleeding i cleaned the print head (using the buttons) and still no luck any suggestions?

Was the cartrige installed in your printer during this "in a while" inactivity? If so, ink may have dried in the heads and so no more ink will come out. Try cleaning your cartridge heads with water and soap carefully.

If you have taken the cartridge out of the box and tried to print right away with no success, try reinstalling the printer drivers.

If no success at all, try replacing the cartridge.
