Printer Streak Problems

Printer model: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer

For some odd reason, I've had this problem with printing. After 2 years of not using this printer i've decided to use it and this problem arises. I've concluded its a hardware problem, I'm not sure exactly what part though.

Troubleshooting steps i've done:
  1. Clean the printhead using the feature in settings
  2. Take out the physical print carriage and clean the ink
  3. Replace the ink cartridges

PS: The red is me censoring the wording, has nothing to do with printing problems.

Were the replacement ink cartridges original HP cartridges?

No refills, no third party/generic cartridges.....

Have you tried updating the printer's drivers?

Download the drivers directly from HP's website. Manually install and reconfigure. No third party tools or installers.

Yes the cartridges are original cartridges. I had to buy new ones from staples because i thought it was just a ton of ink that dried over the years. I've also already downloaded the drivers from the printers built in updater, no avail.
