Question Printer won't recognize refilled cartridge.

I refilled the black cartridge on my HP OfficeJet 3830. It still shows it as empty. Documents print blank paper. How do I get the printer to recognize the full cartridge?

What did the refill kit say?

That page says that some cartridges can't be refilled. Does yours have any indication like that ?
