I called Sprint Customer Service and told them I wanted the new PRL update.
The rep was super nice and told me to call *2 as soon as we hung up. The
automated system told me I had an upgrade waiting and to stay on the line.
When the download was complete I was able to hang up. Quick and easy!

Yup - quick and easy.

I contacted CS last week to be sure I was as updated as possible and to
activate international roaming for a trip to the Cayman Islands later this
month. She tap out a few commands and asked that I call right back to
receive the update. Quick and easy for both phones on my account.

You may be able to roam there but PLEASE check on what the per minute
rate will be

- Locally in Caymans
- Calls back to States.

It may be far higher than you could possibly imagine.
