Question Probably a simple fix that I am missing

I hope this is the correct thread to post this in.

So I was watching the attached video earlier today, and Linus suggested to enable resize bar support and enable 4G Decoding inside of the pci subsystem settings in the bios. I changed nothing else, and now, when I restart the pc, it loads right back into bios. I tried changing the two settings back to disabled, and it still reboots to bios. I am suck here now.

resetting bios didn't work, clearing cos didn't work and yes, it sees my m.2 drive
