Question PROBLEM – pny 5070 Ti Fans Buzzing/Tinkling

Hi everyone,
I was hesitant about purchasing this graphics card, due to the many negative reviews regarding fan noise (a buzzing or tinkling sound similar to electrical discharges). In the end, convinced by some positive opinions, I went ahead with the purchase… but unfortunately, the defect appeared on mine as well:

My questions are:

1. Has anyone who encountered the same issue managed to fix it?
2. Has anyone tried returning the card and replacing it with the same model, only to find that the new one worked correctly?
3. Is it better to return this card and go for a different model instead?

What's the story of your 12VHPWR/12v-2x6 adapter being sprawled like a chicken's foot? Make and model of your PSU and it's age?

Are you sure the issue isn't coil whine? Might want to roll up a sheet of A4 paper, into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear. You then use the other end to probe for the source of the noise.

3| Provided you're narrowed down the fan to be the issue, I would RMA the card, after contacting PNY and the seller.

Yeah, I've already ruled out coil whine — the noise only starts exactly when the fans begin to spin, and persists at any fan speed, even idle (~700 RPM). I also tested using a rolled-up A4 sheet near each fan, although I couldn’t clearly isolate which fan is causing it, but I’ve seen multiple users online reporting that it often comes from a single fan motor, so it might be the same here.
My PSU is a [NZXT C750 Gold], used for about 3 years, and I'm using the 12V-2×6 adapter provided by PNY, connected with three separate 8-pin PCIe cables, not daisy-chained (as shown in the photo ).
