Problem after Overclocking

I encountered a problem after overclocking my q6600 2.4 ghz to 2.7 ghz.
It works perfect and wont reclaim anything. But.. i connected to the internet adsl. The browsers wont work.. it says the usual word.. server not found. Anybody know why this happens? Windows live msn wont work to.. but emule does work.. >.<
Internet conection is no problem.. 1.0 gbps..
but msn and browsers wont work.. 🙁

I had to swith the overclock back to default so it would work..

Any help?

My specs

Mobo Asus p5b/wifi ap
Vga nVIdia 8500 gt
HD 1k gb (thats 1000)
Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 2.4 ghz
3 gb Ram (1 = 2 gb / 1 = 1gb)

maybe its overlocking your pci bus to high and making your ethernet act funny?

Can you set te pci to 33 and pci e to 100?

i dont think it is caused by overclocking

It happens when i overclock my cpu frequency from 2.4 to 2.7

its possible you don't have pci-e locked.

I just checked out the pci section.
The Pci latency timer is set in 64. also can be setted to 32 and 128 an a bit higer.
The Palette Snooping is disabled
Allocate irq to pci vga is "yes"

Any help ?
