Question problem ejecting

my Bios is setup to ..
AHCI:HOTPLUG

Hard drive policy set to..
QUICK REMOVAL

im using some kind of drive rack to insert/eject my hdd when doing backup

my issue is I kept getting this message:
Problem ejecting bla bla bla

everything is close and all.
im not sure what windows service is preventing it from ejecting.

also I dont want to keep shutting down the system just to eject a drive,

any suggestions?

You're sure the drive your using supports hot plug ?
