Question Problem on Keyboards typing

I have a problem in my keyboard, I cleaned up the laptop with a product, which I always do, but this time, my keyboard is not working like before.
Now when I type C it give mes c" or when I type 1 it gives me 1W.
I tried first removing the keyboard driving and reinstall it, it worked first and keyboard was doing well, but after three days it went again to the problem
I want to know please, is there anyway to make the keyboard work as before??

Mind sharing the name of the..."product" ? You might want to also parse the make and model of your laptop, an SKU will help us two fold. If by removing the keycaps and inspecting for any dust/debris(and then cleaning them) doesn't help, you're likely going to need a replacement keyboard. Does the issue persist with an USB driven keyboard?

I have lenovo thinkpad T440s, yeah I use now a usb keyboard it work normal.
