Dell Vostro 230 Mini (Tower)

I installed same OS (Windows 7 Pro), same other software that I used in previous HDD & same settings. On the other hand, I always keep tweak up my computer system before & now by the following simultaneously:

- Full System Virus Scan
- Cleaned up HDD Partitions for junk
- Defrengment of all HDD Partitions
- Keep minimal software/service start-up through "msconfig"
- Checked the Health of current HDD, it sounds good.
- Restore BIOS Settings
- Change SATA connectors
- Start with no input devices except keyboard
- Changed CMOS Battery
- Replace RAMs with friend's PC to check any disorder with the RAMs, but it shows same speed
