I'm having difficulty setting up Microsoft Phone Link in Windows 11.
It's definitely not a Bluetooth issue, I can easily add printers, keyboards, mice, headphones, etc. Same on phone, can add airpods, tablets, and my Windows printer no problem.

I have tried the following:
  • Closed and restarted bluetooth,
  • Verified phone is not already a device in bluetooth.
  • Logged into same Microsoft account on both devices,
  • Tried reset and repair in app settings, in bluetooth > mobile devices,
  • Made certain Phone Link is enabled.
  • Also tried enable/disable for "Allow PC to connect to mobile devices".

Needless to say, all of the above, and rebooting both devices, have been completed numerous times

Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  • You’ll see the name Link to Windows in the Apple® Store. In the Microsoft Store, you’ll see Microsoft Phone Link. OK....Did both - clicked on link created when camera scans QR code and scanned QR code from app on iPhone - will not connect. I get to the point where 6 digit code is displayed on link app then fails.
I also click on the link provided which does pretty much the same - anyway No Joy.

iPhone has iOS 17. Note: your compatibility list includes only andriod devices - which worried me at first until I reasoned the link app shows the option for iPhone Whew!
