Problem with 1333 memory

I recently bought 1333 memory for my intel p45 and it doesn't want to work, not 2g or 4g. My bios and everything is updated and I have really tried everything. Only my 1g that I had all along works, which is also 1333. Please help

you may need to set the xmp profile in the BIOS if its xmp memory. have you checked the voltage and memory timings? if they were manually set for your old ram they may be wrong for the new. if they are on auto manually set the memory voltage and timing to match the memorys specs
