[SOLVED] problem with asus prime b450m-k motherboard sound

so i recently bought an asus prime b450m-k motherboard im currently using it as im typing this but when i installed it i couldnt find anything that stated it was for sound my question is what exactly on the motherboard is for sound and do i need a sound card
