Question Problem with Chrome Browser

My chrome have crazy bug, here a screenshot:

reinstall not help, Firefox and other programs works fine
anyone know how to fix?

What, if any, extensions do you have installed? Also, does this happen in an incognito window?

i can not open incognito window, i not see what to click

Have you scanned this system for malware?

You haven't answered the question about extensions. Do you have any installed? Did you install anything just prior to this problem occurring?
