Question Problem with desktop changing color when pressing keyboard keys

In Windows 10 version 2252 19045.4842, almost no matter which key I press on the keyboard, especially keys such as (Q Z X N Ö < > ? \ ? \ ; S I : , .), the desktop inverts the colors for 1 second and returns to its original state, as if the contrast setting is turned on. Blacks turn white, colors turn orange, turquoise blue. I turned off every shortcut settings including contrast settings but the problem is not solved.

I solved the problem. Turning off everything in the Narrator settings solved the problem.
