Question Problem with dual boot

I recently dual booted my windows 10 Installention with linux mint. Today i cleaned installed windows 10 but without touching the linux partition (in the windows install menu i deleted all partitions except the linux one and i installed windows 10 on the same partition). I confrmed that i didnt choose the wrong partition by booting on linux mint with a usb stick (live mode) Both the windows and linux partition were detected, however i cant boot from the linux partition since its not accessible or visible either on windows 10 file explorer or disk management (its visible on disk management but the only option im given is to delete the partition) or the boot menu (F9 before booting).

what the file system format for linux. sound like you deleted the boot manager partition for the dual boot

The subsequent Windows install screwed and overwrote the original boot partition, which contained info for your previous dualboot.
