Problem with GF2 TI

my system spec is
AXP 1800+
384 MB DDR 2400
Chaintech GeForce 2 TI 64MB
MSI mobo
WinXP PRO

Well I try to installed the DetonatorXP 23.11 and windows says that the card my not compatable with Windows XP. I have check with the manufactuer and the retailer but they both confirm that the card is XP compatable. Please help out.
