I need some help.

In safe mode at certain point this software stucks and I close it with task manager.

Do you have any ideas?

Is there a reason why you are using the system in safe mode?

perhaps with an uninfected system, you can make a bootable Defender offline USB flash media, and boot from that and run a scan...

(I'm not certain MRT is normally able to complete in safe mode, but, assuming some sort of infection is motivating your booting in safe mode, try Defender offline or Kaspersky Rescue Disk...; what are your symptoms booting in normal mode?)

I have noticed some icons changed their shape without reason in normal mode.

Is it possible to install Kaspersky Rescue Disk on an HDD?
