Question Problem with my laptop acer aspire 7 CPU

Well i got my laptop half a year ago and it worked perfectly recently it had problem with the cooling so i send it to warranty and they returned it to but after that i saw 100% CPU usage on the intel i5 7300HQ GPU GTX 1050 2gb 8 Ram. So the CPU when i am playing no matter the game is always 100% and it Lags a lot .Then i contacted the warranty and send it to them after they returned it to me with a note that everything is OK but the same CPU 100% usage GPU 60 to 80 % so what do i do they said that its in purfect condition but after the first send it has this problem

Have you checked your background processes? Could be something in the background hogging the CPU power.

no i isnt like the only League clinet is taking 60 to 70% of the CPU by itself i dont know what to do this cpu isnt that bad i saw a reviews on it and it preformed good i dont know what is happeing to his laptop
