Question problem with my monitor

i have problem with my dell monitor thats look dead pixel/stuck pixel can i fix thats? and why my monitor like that, thanks

Ram: 2x8gb team group elite
SSD/HDD: 500GB hdd
GPU: APU radeon vega 7
PSU: 750gq EVGA
Chassis: (idk sorry)
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: dell E1916H

If the issue is compounded to one area of the panel/monitor, as shown in your picture, regardless of what is being displayed on the panel from your OS then you have a panel issue. If the artifacting is present in random areas of the screen then you will need to see if reinstalling your GPU drivers help.

Does the issue exist when you hook your system to another display? If not, then the monitor you've shown in your image above, is the issue.
