Question Problem with my pc screen flickering

My computer was working great. I have factory reset my computer and install driver booster to install the drivers at the beginning. Everything works fine but sometimes the screen looks like on the pictures. I thought the problem was with the drivers so I factory reset again and installed the drivers manually. The problem comes back again.

Here is my configuration
Gtx 1070
Msi x370 gaming pro carbon

Do you have any idea where the problem comes from?

Most 1070 require dual pcie power do you have them daisy chained off of one cable?
