Problem with my windows 10 pc

I did somethings with my pc and after the restarting the pc i signed in to my account but after that its black screen and a message pops up saying Abnormal program termination....guys what to do..?

I was having a problem with administrator on windows so i signed out of my Microsoft account and now its doing this silly thing...!

sorry but i dont know how to get into safe mode....but please tell me if i clean install windows again..will it work..?

if you clean install it you will lose everything. however as a part of the install process you'll have the option to repair.
