Problem with Overclocking AMD Ryzen 5 1600

Ryzen 5 1600
Gigabyte ab350m gaming 3
Gskill tridentz 16 gb 3200mhz

Hi

I have some problems with overclocking my 1600.

So i have tried to get the cpu to run at 3.8 Ghz with no luck. I tried many different voltages and i tried to go as high as 1.4 volts and then i decided to stop. I even tried to run it at 3.7 Ghz but no matter the voltage it is not stable. When overclocked the pc rarely does a hard crash but i do see games crashing and some visual glitches in them. When i run aida 64 it rarely chrashes either but aida gives a hardware failure detected message and stops the test. The record in aida so far is 1 hour. I dont believe that it is the ram thats the problem. It is running at 3200 Mhz but even tho i disable xmp and set it to stock ddr4 settings i still aint able to overclock.

So if you could give some advice that would be awesome.

Yup i run the newest version
