[SOLVED] Problem with PSU and Graphics Card

When I place my video card on the mother board and run the computer the PSU seems to smell like its burning, but if I ran the pc without the video card the psu doesnt smell like its burning, is it a power issue ? should I replace my PSU as soon as possible ?

what brand is you psu? if it smells like a burn, dont use that psu again! buy a new one from brands like: Seasonic, Evga, Corsair, Super Flower..
