Question Problem with RAM memory

Hi!
I bought yesterday parts to build my PC:

• Intel i5-8400 2.80GHz 9MB BOX
• MSI B360M PRO-VDH
• HyperX 8GB 2666MHz Fury Black CL16(only one dice)
• be quiet! System Power 9 500W

After I built everything I turned on PC. Fans started spinning, but it hangs on white DRAM LED(fans are still spinnning). Nothing shows on the screen. RAM is inserted to DIMMA2 slot.
How can I fix it?

Reseat the RAM. If that doesn't work, try installing it in a different slot. Make sure you've installed it all the way (wait for the click in both sides.) If it still doesn't work, reseat the CPU, too. Check for bent socket pins. If none of these work, something is faulty, probably the RAM.
