Computer Restarts "Randomly"

to make a long story short every time I try to run any benchmark that uses DirectX 11 my computer will turn off and restart. It also happens in the middle of playing Modern Warfare and some other games. It doesn't happen when I run the Time Spy benchmark on 3DMark.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K @ 3.60GHz (no overclock)

GPU: Geforce RTX 2070 (no overclock, Driver version 441.87, 2560X1440 @ 144Hz)

RAM: 32GB

If any more information is needed for y'all to help me please feel free to ask!

and thank you all in advance!

EDIT: this doesn't happen when I'm casually on the interwebs or watching videos, only when I launch games or stressful software, Also, when I run a CPU Stress test like Cinebench my computer runs fine.

EDIT 2: Using OCCT 5.5.2 Software I tested the processor, which got reasonably hot at 88C but that shouldn’t be hot enough to shut down the computer and it didn’t, but when I tested the graphics card with the built in 3D tester (Shader Complexity 3, 2560X1440, 144 FPS Limit) my GPU got to 53C and then out of nowhere my computer restarted. :/
