Question Problem with USB flash drive

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my SanDisk flash drive, 1 week ago I installed official Win 10 iso downloaded from Microsoft then I gave the flash drive to my friend to install it to his new laptop. When I got the flash drive back I tried it with my laptop and I had a problem with it. My pc cannot recognize the flash drive and when I try to format it I got errors, Can anyone help me, please ?

well trying to format a 64mb dive is not going to work try using explorer and format the first drive on the usb stick I can see it says 64mb.

It is actually 16GB, but I don't have other options to choose

Non of these worked, I just keep getting errors that the format did not complete successfully and that's it.
