Problem with Windows 8

When i ever i try to launch the Store , Nothing happens , Same happens when i click on Change PC Settings or when i try to Edit account's picture.

I keep clicking on all of them but nothing happens..


So how can i fix this?

It is the windows that came when i bought this laptop.


So i can't re-install it..

I guess it is some bugged windows 8, take your computer to the store where you`ve bought it and tell them to fix it if you still have free service, if not, than you need to buy new one and reinstall it, i don`t see any other solution.
