Problems in Window8

Ctrl+X and Ctrl+S is not working but individual all battens are working ex. Ctrl+A Ctr+C and Ctr+V......Any body have solution?

Try selecting English as the default keyboard language (control panel -> regional settings -> keyboard)

Thanks for reply @VJ-Gamer ... I had selected the default keyboard language but now It has been resolve with the help of driver installations.
