I have been doing a lot of troubleshooting but too no avail, screen goes black and back too normal a few times every few minutes and getting some display glitching driving me insane, I've tried everything pretty much everything I can think of but not another HDMI cable and monitor because I have no spares, what led me too believe it was the monitor I recorded a screen capture on streamlabs and it came out crystal clear and it happens in the bios so its not a windows or driver problem or am I barking up the wrong tree could it be something else.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What have you tried? It's so that we're not repeating hasn't worked, leading up to this thread's creation.
