Problems setting up storage drive with a separate RAID array

I just set up a new build with two 1tb SSDs in a RAID 0 array, and a 4tb HDD as a storage drive, but I can't get the HDD to show up in either BIOS, or Windows (10) disk management, or device manager. It's like it doesn't exist. The MOBO is a Gigabyte F2A68HM-H, which only has one SATA controller. Can this be done/fixed?

That is usually caused by a loose connection to the drive. A damaged cable can also be a cause.

That's the first thing I tried. Different port, different cable, different drive, all of which work otherwise. It has nothing to do with the physical connection. I set up a raid array, then installed Windows 10, then installed the hdd. It is not recognized. I'm fairly sure I know what the problem is, I just don't know how to fix it.

Did you install your motherboard's chipset drivers?

Yes. All drivers, and bios are up to date.
