Ok this can be a bit obscure and long but please help if you can.
So I was running my 24" AOC monitor through VGA + a TV through HDMI from the same motherboard. Not sure if it's related or not, but the monitor started to take minutes to start, with the blue light blinking for ages until it would finally warm up. Took it to the repair shop, they said it's the power supply and fixed it, now it's fine so far, but the other screen I started using while this one was in repair (a smaller AOC with VGA) now goes black for a second, as if it's resetting, and then comes back. So far it happens rarely, every couple hours or so, but I'm concerned there's something wrong about the PC itself.
Can anything in the PC cause this mass damaging of monitors or their psu-s? Or is it just a coincidence that both decided to act like this one after the other?

From inside the PC - No. PC only provides video signal. While actual power comes from the mains.

But what may be the cause, is your electrical grid. Especially when there are surges or brown outs (voltage drops). AVR or better yet, line-interactive UPS protects against issues from electrical grid.
