Question Problems with installing graphic drivers

I did a clean install of windows recently and I'am trying to install graphic drivers but it keeps getting stuck in the screen that says please wait while detecting hardware. Any suggestions to fix this?

Motherboard: MSI PRO Z390-A PRO LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s
RAM: vengeance lpx 16GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 590 Fatboy OC+ 8GB
Power Supply: Seasonic FOCUS series SSR-550FM 550W 80 + Gold Power Supply

Are you letting windows try to installing drivers automatic or have you downloaded the GPU driver from AMD homepage and install from that ?

Where there any errors or unexpected messages during Windows installation?

Did you format the system partition before installing Windows? Is it any posibility that there could be old OS residues after all?
