Question Problems with my 4TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD ?

I did tests on another windows aswell that installed on another ssd, and the results are the same

correct. They don't test with a computer installation. Drive benchmark software results will vary too, but just because something test and advertised a certain speed is not going to be guaranteed its going to operate the same with the combination of hardware that is used.
