[SOLVED] Problems With My New PC

I went from an Alienware to a custom pc and swapped the drives over without resetting them. The new pc booted without taking me to the BIOS and I got a few errors about Alienware thermal systems. Also my monitor said it was running at 1hz and none of my files transferred. I am resetting the hard drive and ssd now to see if that will help but I still don’t know why it was running at 1hz and everything felt so choppy. I have an EVGA 2070 super BLACK and MSI mpg edge X570 ryzen 3600

If everything works fine after reinstalling Windows, then you can conclude it was because you didn't format and reinstall Windows to begin. All sorts of issues can come from doing that.

This is not the same as reinstalling windows as explained above,so do a complete reinstall as suggested.
