Problems with profile expo in my ryzen 5 8600g

When using expo profile these problems appear on the screen (video). Does anyone know why? When i remove profile expo and return to stock this problem disappear

I have integrated graphics

Amd ryzen 5 8600g Asrock pg lightning b650m Crucial pro ddr5 6000mt cl 36 16gbx2 Xpg pylon 650w Crucial p3 nvme 1tb

Important in fullscreen games it disappears

I already did update, but I will put the expo profile and do memtest because it really works in games but the screen has this problem only when I activate the profile and I am not in a game.

now much ram have to allocated to your "intergated graphics"? im guessing if you have not its still at "512mb"(or lowest setting).
if you have not set it up.. try increasing ram size to 1/2 of your installed ram.. see if that works

as to how you increase the ram is motherboard dependant. its normally in bios. "advance!, then "io ports" and under "igpu" (normally set to auto which is Minimum,but scales up when needed),,change to Manual or "forced" and set the amount of ram you want to use for the graphics..
