Question Problems with Realtek Audio Driver ?

I reinstalled Realtek Audio Driver, don't remember why, and after that (If that's the case I don't know) -
The option to open the software In the control panel is gone, I tried everything and I followed a lot of guides.
I tried locating the .exe and opening that why, It didn't work.
Tried enabling it on start up, didn't work.
Tried reinstalling again, didn't work.
Disable Audio Enhancements (didn't work)
Tried disabling the Microsoft UAA Bus Driver, didn't even had that option in Device Manager.
I'm thinking something is corrupted or maybe I need to reinstall Windows, I have no idea what to do.

Go to your motherboard's support website and download and install the audio drivers. If you can choose between Windows 10 and 11, choose the correct one.
