I'm in the process of building a new PC. I purchased an ASUS Crossfire IV Formula and it lists AMD X4, X3, & X2 processor.
I purchased an AMD Phenom II X6 1075T upon referral of reputable IT person. Both are AM3 CPU. Will the X6 1075T work with my new mobo?

Solution
Look under "cpu support" on asus website for your board. It will list a bios file you may need to use the 1075T. The bios file is listed on the post screen; you can press the "pause" key while posting and write it down. Don't flash the bios unless you have to. A bad flash will disable your board, though asus has a crash free bios program with some boards.
