Question Processor Interrupts/sec > 600,000, is this a problem?

Since installing my Ryzen 5 2600x my pc has had some serious performance issues, especially when gaming. I did the thing with performance monitor and it showed me this

Interrupts/sec 679,184 382,427 1,675,079

This was highlighted in red so I can only assume it is bad, however I have no clue how to go about fixing it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

a screenshot might help to really describe what you're exactly looking at. When instructions process in nanoseconds however these numbers don't amount to much without context
