Processor update for intel D945GCNL

Hello,I have a intel D945GCNL motherboard, i want to upgrade the processor to INTEL CORE 2 DUO 2.93GHz/3M/1066 ( E7500 ) .It have an LGA 775 socket,Is it possible?

look at the comments.. Somebody with 7200 which is not in the list, is working.i asked someone who tried it

If it's the right socket and you update the BIOS, don't see why it would not work. That list is not the official one from Intel if you read the bottom disclaimer, it may not be complete.
