When I install new programm (for example Malwerbytes, Cyber Ghost), open it, and then click anywhere on dialog box it stops working (Program not responding). I thought that it was problem with those programs but they are working fine on my laptop. And some programs working just fine after installation, wich is why I didn't pay attention on this earlier.
And I dodn't know if it is connectet with this, but I can't install new ATI drivers. During installation Catalyst Install Manager stop working on first step (when I choose between experes/custom installation) and also Catalyst CC not responding.
I'm running W7 Home Basic 64-bit.

Didn't help. I've disabled all except Windows services. Should I try disable them?

If you are having application lockups in a clean boot state you should check your voltages, temperatures and fan speed. This can usually be done through the BIOS. If your fan's are all spining, voltages are not crazy out of range and temperatures all seem normal then we need to run a few tests on your system.

reboot and test application stability after each step

1.) Log into windows open a command prompt and run SFC /scannow

2.) open a command prompt and run CHKDSK /F

3.) download and run memtest http://www.memtest.org/

4.) download and run prime95 stress test http://www.overclock.net/t/137251/prime95

Google/Wikipedia any of these if you have questions. If you get any errors back or your system completely crashes running any of these post back here.

If you can complete all four of these without issue then you probably just need to format your HDD and re install windows.
