Question Programs freezing!

Lately after installing software like (4k downloader,malwarebytes, winX downloader) and similar! After i open the program it work just fine and after 1 minute it freezes can not close it i can only close it in Task manager in it does not say its not responding it just open 0% use ,i can open it again work and after 1 min same. Windows 10 is fresh no anti virus installed noting is installed windows security/defender and firewall on and off same is happening. Some one any idea what is going on? Please help thx in advance

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Are you a desktop or a laptop? Make sure you're on the latest BISO update for your platform.

I am on the newest Windows 10 update also new bios update and I am on desktop, everything else is working memtest,cinebench,heaven and games!
